Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.
Alaska & Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, and the free-shipping threshold does not apply — a flat rate of 2.99 applies to AK/HI orders.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we're happy to help you sort it out — contact us as soon as you notice an error.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives within the estimated window, contact us at support@dlsurplus.store with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and get you a replacement or refund.
