Product Use Disclaimer
Garments sold by DL Army Surplus are surplus-pattern civilian apparel intended for everyday outdoor, work, and recreational wear. They are not certified military issue and are not sold or warranted for tactical, ballistic, or life-safety use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chelan County, Washington.
